Exact Replacement Parts, Inc (ERP) has been offering high quality aftermarket repair parts since 2003. Since then we’ve developed a line of over 2,000+ appliance parts available at wholesalers all over the United States. We have also been committed to developing a large selection of new aftermarket appliance parts every year, providing customers with a relevant alternative to the OEM. We pride our self in providing quality parts and exceptional customer service.

ERP strives to be number one in the aftermarket Appliance Parts Industry. We take a two-fold approach to providing our customers with the very best choice in aftermarket appliance parts:

1. Year-after-year, we invest most of our profits into tooling up new aftermarket parts. On average, we introduce more than 100 new Appliance Parts per year – and we’ve been doing so for the last five years.
2. ERP also has experienced sales representatives in most states, and a customer service team who are knowledgeable and courteous. Our sales reps have been in the Appliance Parts Industry for over 10 years, either as a rep, or on the OPM side of the business. Our sales reps and customer service team have the industry’s best interest at heart.

In addition to our commitment to customer service, ERP maintains a state-of-the-art graphics, design, and marketing department. We create and support our Appliance Parts customers by providing marketing services and materials to any interested customer.

Finally, ERP maintains an efficient and accurate warehouse, which we recently doubled in size to accommodate our growing business. Working two shifts, we’re dedicated to shipping out to our valued customers in as little as one business day.
