Range Ovens
A range is sometimes referred to as a stove, but in reality, a range is a combination of a stovetop and oven. Common brands for ranges include Amana, Bosch, Electrolux, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, Kitchenaid, LG, Roper, Samsung, Tappen, Viking, and Whirlpool.
Range Oven Tips
- Is the electric oven not heating? This could be a variety of problems but most often it is the heating element. To check the heating element be sure to disconnect the power, remove the screws and wires, and check for continuity with a Ohms meter.
