Belts and Couplings
We have the replacement belts and couplings you need to fix your washing machine. The belt is the part that attaches to the motor and drives the basket to spin. Like the drive belt in a car, the washing machine belt wears out over time and will eventually need to be replaced. Signs that the belt needs to be replaced include a squealing noise that indicates the belt is slipping. You may also notice the smell of burning rubber. It’s best to replace a belt sooner rather than later, before the belt breaks, at which point the basket will stop spinning or spin erratically. The coupler is the part that attaches the transmission to the motor drive shaft. The coupler can also wear out and cause problems with the machine spinning.
We stock parts made for washing machines by Whirlpool, GE, Hotpoint, Maytag, Kemore / Sears, Frigidaire, Gibson, Crosley, White Westinghouse, Neptune, Bosch, and more.
