I am redoing my bathroom and wanted a grille to replace the still functional but yellowing grille on my Nutone QT-80N-B unit. While this did not turn out to be an exact replacement for that unit, I was able to make it work by exchanging the spring clips. I'm the end it's looks nicer than if it were an exact replacement.

Unfortunately it did not fit my very old vent. However I contacted McCombs and they are trying to find a vent cover that will fit correctly.
