    Was trying to come up with alternative to replacing the entire bath fan because of a failing/noisy motor (a messy job that would require a trip to the cramped attic ). This worked great. This assembly inserted into existing housing and plugged right in. McComb Supply was very efficient and got the product out the door and on the way fast.
