It took a late sales push and click of the internet mouse just before closing time to give the No. 15 Dryer Thermostat Thermal Fuse the win over the higher-seeded AR5066 Igniter

If the Thermal fuse continues in the tournament, it will have knocked off the No.1, No. 2 and No.3 seeds.   

Much like the NCAA Men's and Women's Basketball tournaments During the next three weeks, McCombs’ top selling parts will square off to see which items consumers purchase more during a seven-day period (From Wednesday to Wednesday each week).

The top-selling model each week in this head-to-head competition will advance in the tourney.

The results from the rest of the tournament bracket will be announced Wednesday, March 29.

Exact sales numbers will not be published and purchase totals will be referenced in general terms for McCombs, a reliable, family-owned appliance parts retailer since 1953.
