    Shipped on Saturday. Here Monday. Of course this 15 minute chore turned into more than a 1-hour episode, because the drive shaft splines were so very rusted. But, all went together well. Agitator is some agitated and agitating.

    My washer is fixed!

    The last time my washer quit working I had to replace the transmission. This time when it quit agitating I thought "Not again." After investigating the situation I discovered that the original agitator coupling had failed. I found the part online at McCombs and four days later it arrived in the mail. You can't beat the price or the fast service.
