I Called to order a part for my friz. I asked about if I can return if it is not working or broken, they told me that I can return, all I need is just call for the returned authorization. when I received the part, I found that it is rattling inside the overload piece. the part Is broken. I called for return, but they told me that I can't. this is a liar kind of response. I could not believe it. I feel like they just steal it from me.
