Simple to install 2 day shipping was exactly on time actually before the day of delivery. Exactly as shown and described on thier website.
arrived quickly, and seems to crank out ice faster than previous ones ( this is the 4 th. one in 15 years)
This ice maker worked to replace the old one in my freezer. I had to reuse some of the parts on the old one, such as the wiring harness and the support bracket on the bottom. The wiring harness barely reached. I could not get it to route around and across the top of the ice maker without some strain on it. I routed above the ice maker and had barely enough slack to plug it in. To install the bottom bracket, I had to use a small plastic anchor so that the screw would tighten. It has some of the same problems that the old one had, ice gets stuck and ice production stops and it throws ice all over the place so that I have to regularly clean ice off the other items and the floor of the freezer. I guess that is better than no ice at all.
But product is as advertised and working as it should. Shipping was quick and packaged well. Happy customer.
