Take caution with the plastic fan piece when installing. I broke it unknowingly and it made a noise upon install, I had to break a section off fully for the noise to stop. The OEM part does not have that plastic cover piece, so unsure of the use. perhaps to keep lint off.? Also I had to tighten the motor pin as it was loose, and did not realize until after I had put the brackets on so check that as well before install. But part worked great and my dryer is back to drying!
Delivered as promised, installed and working. OEM motor was Approx. 18 years old and was assembled in Mexico. This one is Chinese, so only time will tell how it holds up. At third of the brand name motors price, its' OK if the lifespan is less.
