Product seems to work and it should hold up as well as the area around it. It's closer to a thick plasticizedd coating. than a paint. Be sure to clean the rust off the rack before applying then use the brush to drag the coating around the area to be repaired using emough to coat it well but not run but it is self leveling. It sticks really well. Caps come off and can stop up pump causing it to burn out. This coating works.
