Received product and it had a broken ceramic standoff. Sent pictures of damage to McCombs and got no response. I was able to replace the standoff with one off the old heat element. McCombs should have at least responded but they did not!!

The heater on my Kenmore HE2 dryer died. McCombs had the part for 1/4 what Sears parts was asking. I called McCombs to ask about shipping, and recent excellent practical advice in selecting the correct, fastest shipping option. I will definitely look at McCombs next time I need a part like this.
