The Blue Tip Diaphragm is a small component inside the water inlet valve inside a washing machine. You'd be surprised at what this little part does:

Controls water flow into the washer
Opens/closes based on pressure and solenoid action

Typically fixes symptoms related to water flow failure or leakage in commercial washers. Because the diaphragm is the internal rubber component that seals the valve, its failure disrupts the machine's ability to control water intake.
