Genuine NuTone S97017648 Heater Motor assembly. This motor assembly fits the following, current NuTone Broan heater models: 605RP, 660RP, 665RF, 665RP, 665RSP. This is the replacement heat motor assembly for the NuTone 89306000 heat motor. New metal heater assembly will not work with the old style, plastic housing.

Heater arrived very quickly and was super easy to install. New heater is much louder than the original, but heats up quickly and sufficiently.
Heating unit was easy to install. Only reason for 4 stars is that I have only had it for a couple of weeks so can't comment on how long it will last before going out.

Ordered this as a replacement for a combo heater/ventilation/light unit for our bathroom. The assembly is a direct replacement and was easy to install. The old plastic housing has been replaced with a metal one. The unit works well, but the fan sounds louder/stronger than the original. Not necessarily annoying, just louder. Delivery was faster than we anticipated with their Flat Rate shipping, so we were impressed/pleased.
