I was very happy with the part. I put it in myself and so far, so good. That being said, the only complaint I have is this...I paid approximately $7 extra for next day ground delivery. The part did not come the next day, so I called the company and the representative I spoke with refused to credit me the extra paid for next day shipping, stating that it was not a "guarantee," which I don't believe was mentioned at the time of order (my son made the order for me). If it stated that the shipping date was not "guaranteed", then obviously I wouldn't have expected it to be so. Although it wasn't a lot of money difference, it was just the principle of the thing that they tried to say that next day shipping was an "estimate," when the email said it is "expected" and the rep refused to budge on the issue, end of discussion (on his part). Not very customer friendly. So, THAT being said, don't bother paying for the next day shipping because it came within the time of the cheaper shipping anyway. I suppose if I need another part, I will use this company, as they seemed to have most parts needed to repair appliances and the part worked, so I guess that's the important thing.
