Attic Fan Ventilator Motor.

Motor Specifications:

  • 5" diameter
  • 2-3/4 thick
  • Shaft diameter is 1/2" x 2 5/8" long
  • 120 volt 2 wire
  • Single speed motor
  • 1100 RPM's
  • 4.3 amps - Safe Amp Range within which the Motor Can Operate in the Application is 3.3 - 4.75
  • 1/10th HP
  • 22" Long Wire Leads
  • Rotation is clockwise viewing shaft end
  • Mounts either as a belly band strap around the motor or with 3 studs out of the back of the motor spaced 4" apart triangularly.
  • Fits Broan Models 345, 348, 355-A, 355-B, 355BK, 355BR, 355-C, 355-D, 355-E, 355-F, 358-A, 358-B, 358-C, 358-D, 358-E.

    I installed this new motor to replace a 7 year old motor that had failed. The only difference between the new one and the old one was the new one had 3 bolts holding the housing together where the old one had two. Otherwise, a direct fit replacement. I plugged it in after hooking up the wires to the thermostat and it started right up and made no noise. I would recommend this to anyone, if they are a DIYer.

    Found the exact attic fan motor to replace a none working unit that stopped after 18 years. Unit was delivered in a few days and I only recently had the opportunity to install it. It was easy to install with two small wrenches and an Allen wrench for the fan blade. Turned it on and is working perfectly.
    I would highly recommend buying from McCombs Supply.
