We have been extremely pleased with all the appliance parts we have ordered from McCombs. We are repeat customers and recommend McCombs to our friends and family doing their own repairs.

Of the several replacements available, I chose this part by Napco because the heating element is stated to be made in USA. Time will tell if this is a good decision for longevity. A downside to this part is that installation of the new limit thermostat requires replacing the factory jumper bar with a wire (included), and possibly installing a crimp connector onto that wire, depending on the model of dryer. Considering one's skill level, this may be fine, or it may be better to select a different replacement part that duplicates the factory configuration to make the job simpler.

Dryer dies coil had shorted out on housing. Replaced all the parts and up and running in about 1/2 hour.

Very good quality part at a very good price. Delivery was fast and customer service was excellent.

I am a female and my dryer went out I looked on YouTube and got instructions how to check and test everything and I order my part. The company I look at for the part only sold the heating element by itself, at this company I got everything heating element,fuse thermostat etc, and for a great price. Needless to say my dryer is working and the part was very easy to put on.

Everything was perfect. Only one modification needed for the thermostat on the heating element wire to the dryer.
All the parts were included. Only need wire cutters or needle nose and screw gun.

I purchased to install in a Roper even though not listed as a replacement part. All fit perfectly. The most important piece is the white non-resettable fuse. But it is nice to replace everything.
