Product Description

Replacement Washing Machine Motor Coupling for Whirlpool part number 285753A.

This part is a Motor / Pump Coupling.

Replacement for most Whirlpool / Kenmore Washers produced after 1982 with a direct drive system (no belt).

Also fits Kitchen-Aid, Roper and Estate Brands.

It fits between the motor and transmission and usually wears or breaks under heavy use.

If your machine runs but won't spin or agitate, this is the most likely failure.

This is the Newest Style Drive Coupling, it has metal inserts on the plastic.

LP753A is a Replacement for numbers PS1485646 and AP3963893.

Designed to fit specific Whirlpool manufactured washing machine models including Kitchenaid, Roper and some Kenmore's.

    This product was a perfect fit. I made the comparison between the original motor coupling coupler and the new one from here, and it turns out that new one on here has improved durability, and the opening where the coupler seats on the motor, has reinforced metal around the shaft opening of the new motor coupler. This part went to my Kenmore 90 Series Washer.

    The 285753A was of high quality for the lowest price with and cheap shipping. Total was like 5 bucks and some change. As far as service goes, I received a confirmation email of order immediately, another email when shipped and received part well within specified time to receive. Ya can't beat McComb's and I'll purchase from them again if I need more appliance parts in future. Y'all have a GREAT day, unless you have other plans!
