I ordered the 3-fin part that matched my machine's part number. Instead I received a 4-fin part. I thought the design was preventing the motor & impeller from seating all the way inside the pump housing, but it was the O-ring seal causing it. With a little lube and force, it seated completely. The washer has been running well since. Tangent: I thought the old pump was causing the loud buzzing when it drained. Turns out the front of the pump was against the plastic insert that covers the pump clean-out and external drain hose. I put some rubber rings behind that plastic piece, and now it doesn't contact the pump through the filter clean-out hole. Given the condition of the pump I removed, it could probably have needed replacement soon anyway. At least the annoying noise is back to a normal "drain" sound. McCombs was very quick to address my concerns and offered to exchange the part, but that was 4 hours after I figured it out. Good customer service in this time of "human malware".

I ordered this pump for washer..arrived very fast..just what i needed...at first i thought the pump was not my problem as itdid not pump..but I had the wires on reversed..once corrected all was fine..i advise whe doing a job like this..take pictures...haha any ways i would order from them again just for the fast service..and parts were quality
