Dryer Lint Screen and Cover

The Lint Screen is Kidney shaped

The Plastic Cover that fits over the lint filter has 4 Metal Retaining Clips

It fits on the inside of right rear of the dryer

Replacement for the numbers 8531964, 8531967, AP3608540, AP5985829, AP5985829, PS890601 and PS11726200

Designed to fit specific Whirlpool manufactured refrigerator models  including Roper, Estate and Sears Kenmore brands. It's mostly used on stack units

    My original lint trap was old and worn out and my my dryer would not stay hot. My husband said before you buy a new washer and dryer set get a new lint trap. So I ordered this piece not only did it fit perfectly, it also arrived before the arrival date.

    I inherited my ancient washer from a friend and wasn't sure I'd be able to find a replacement at all. While I cannot to how it stands the test of time, I was very impressed with the perfect fit of this piece. It might even fit better than the original.

    I have an older model dryer that still works well. I thought I would have to get rid of the dryer when the lint filter broke. So glad I found this site. It was speedy delivery and perfect fit!
