My wife is definitely not a happy camper.
When the 14 year old fridge/freezer stopped cooling the fridge compartment, she was elated: new fridge! This was originally a scratch-and-dent model that we bought for extra cooling during a wedding, and it has lived in our basement ever since. It started banged up and is now (in her eyes) ugly. She wants a new one.
No way. I used the McCombs website to find the diagrams for the model and then discover a cooling fan had a bad bearing. Got a new one here for $40 and a few days later that fridge is back in business! McCombs was easily $30 cheaper than anyone else.
Even the wife was impressed with the low cost and ease of repair. She grudgingly smiled...but then turned her attention the kitchen range top. Ruh roh.

I have had this refrigerator for 13 years and most places where only offering a similar style fan motor that was supposed to work for my fridge (they probably would have). However, McCombs was selling the exact part with the exact part# for half the price. I installed the new fan motor no problem, the fridge is running great. Thank You!!!

I saw the same part going for 3x the amount you are selling it for everywhere else. I did this repair a few years ago and remembered this part being around $40. When I had to buy another fan last week my jaw hit the floor when I heard how much it was going to cost. Then I found this site and was happy to find there was still some honest supply houses around.

Ordered the new evap. fan motor from McCombs Supply to replace failed one in GE refer. Fan motor was a perfect fit and arrived within days w/o costly shipping. Can not give info on quality as motor was just installed about three weeks ago. Will be ordering again from McComb's Supply.
