Includes hi-limit thermostat (L248-80).
Designed to fit specific Whirlpool manufactured clothes dryer models including Maytag, Crosley, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Jenn-Air, Amana and Hoover.
This is a standard Nichrome wire heating element. The Heating element works when a switch on the motor turns on the heating element, which heats the dryer. When the dryer reaches a preset temperature, the element turns off.
