Refrigerator Icemaker Water Inlet Solenoid Valve
It has a Single Solenoid Coil
This valve is designed to replace a wide variety of single coil valves
It can be used as a universal with the various mounting brackets and fitting included

Kit Includes:

Plastic 14" compression union
1/4" plastic compression nut
1/4" brass compression sleeve
Pieces of 1/4" plastic tubing for retro fitting a garden hose type inlet connection
Mounting bracket
Various mounting hardware
Valve
Instructions

The valve has:

1/4" male compression inlet. (Can be retro fitting from original garden hose type connection if present with fittings provided)
1/4" male compression outlet is printed on the sticker of the valve & this is a replacement for and valves.
Included is Compression Union, Nut, Sleeve, Mounting Bracket, Screws and Tubing Inserts.
Detailed installation instructions included.

Simple Replacement and Works Great

Had problems with making ice and water continuously dripping into ice maker. Was about to test valve when I found the old one was leaking at the water input. The new one solved this and the ultimate drip issue fixing the original problem of overflowing ice. Reasonably priced, includes extra hardware and small extension tube, arrived quickly.

The body of the valve matched the old valve on my Ammana, but the water inlet/mounting plate was different. Was able to put the inlet plate from the old valve on the new valve and everything works like it should, and matches the original 20 yr old valve. Thank goodness for standard parts.
