Exact part-Very Good Provider
This after market ice maker works well. There are some subtle differences from my original. First, the cup fill that receives the water is slightly smaller and it mounts differently so the original cup fill can't be used in it's place. That said, it seems to work fine. Second, the wiring harness that comes with this ice maker appears to be slightly smaller gauge wire than the original but seems to be sufficient not to mention the original wiring could be used if desired. I ordered this ice maker at 3:00 PM on Friday (the cut-off time for ordering) and McCombs had a shipping number available a few hours later. The product arrived the following Monday using the least expensive shipping. Impressive. The phone support was also impressive. For the price, it would be hard to beat.
Installed it expecting to wait a while, shortly later it was producing ice.

I suggest that users locate the cube size adjusting screw and drill a hole in the white plastic cover before final assembly. This comment should be added to the installation guide sheet. Adjustment will almost surely be required. (This is my third replacement ice maker over 20 years)

Delivery was prompt and included a brief installation document. What I found interesting is that the 4-wire cable is included as part of the item. If you decide to buy the cable separately, for some reason, it is listed for as much as $40 or so, close to the price of the entire unit.
Great service got it three days earlier than ETA it was really easy to install a plug-in play and it’s working great it’s been one week now.

Easy to install. This is my 4 ice maker. Either the motor breaks or the coating chips. This one lasted about a year on the motor
