Received the new ice maker in a timely manner. It was very easy to replace the old one and it started to produce ice quickly. This one does not have the feature of holding down the "on" side to advance the ice maker. It just has on and off which I believe are opposite directions of the original.

Great replacement! Took five minutes to take out the old one and replace with the new one we got!!!
Dont pay an electrician $300+ to do it for you!! Definitely a DIY project and you'll save money doing it yourself with this great ice maker!!
The service was great. The people were responsive and helpful. The shipping was speedy. The ice maker was a product of China , as is the case with a large percentage of products now days. All in all , it was a good experience.
Ice maker works, easy installation. The only negative aspect is it makes ice at about half the speed of the original part. Aside from that it's all good.
