Refrigerator Freezer Evaporator Fan Motor for Whirlpool 4389144

Have not used item, was the incorrect part. Did not return the $15 as of yet. Only reason for three stars.

These fan motors work great. Upon receiving them the buyer will need to remove 2 simple screws and add some oil to both top and bottom reservoirs where the armature shaft sits and spins. I used some 5w30 motor oil applied using a syringe to give lubrication where the brass ball joint makes contact to the shaft. I filled up both top and bottom shaft housings. Took about 5 mins to do this. So far so good.

I used this fan to replace a GE fan and it worked just fine. I had to extend the wiring a bit - a minor issue.

Good stuff fits perfectly on an old Kenmore 106.9550751 from 1996 (just the electrical connections are on the opposit site, but no problem at all). Excellent price, great service. Needed to change the first delivery, but this happened without any problems: fast, reliable and satisfying. Very friendly conversation by e-mail.

Motor was basically identical and fit correctly, worked fine. Recommend saving the little silicone pads to reuse if yours has them, as they are not included.

Well this is my first time working on a refrigerator. I can say that changing this motor was easy. The part was order on Thursday came on Tuesday. Started cooling my fridge down in no time flat.
