This fan is quite universal. I have a Kenmore Elite fridge and this fan fit in it with no issues and very quite operation.
It is different from the original evaporator fan motor but it works and it was easy to install.

Great price and worked as expected. It's only been a few days since install but it has my fridge working for now. Will update if I have a problem with durability. You won't get any instructions with it but there are some youtube videos showing the install. Blue and white wires go on the coil and the green ground wire goes on the frame. You should be able to find the ground bar that other green ground wires are clipped to. I wasn't sure of the polarity on the blue/white wires but checked that the fan was blowing air in the right direction before putting the panel back.
