I replaced the timer Have the same problem it is not the timer. I half to remove the back plate of the freezer and open up the defrost drain tube I think that is the problem I am getting a lot of frost on the fan blades and the vents. before it is in the defrost cycle.
Got my fridge working again. Really enjoy McCombs as they are reasonable in price and shipping. Will buy again from them.
