Part arrived on time and well packaged to avoid possible damage during shipping. Installation was a bit difficult. Of the three electrical connections, two utilize a spade type teminal and were easy to connect. The third connection utilized a ring spade and a small screw that scewed in from the back of the element. Working with a very limited length of electrical wire from the oven, having to start the screw blindly by feel, and then trying to work a screwdriver small enough to tighten the screw AND fit into a rather confined space, all while having to hold the broiler element up near the top of the oven was challenging. I replaced both the upper and lower heating elements in my oven and I estimate I spent 80+% of my repair time trying to make this one connection. If the screw could be attached from the front side of the terminal post rather than the back side, I would have been able to see my work and have more room for a better screwdriver to secure the connection.
