This seems like a very high quality product. Plus, it works! My only concern was that the OEM part had a start-up capacitor, and this one does not, because it is a different type of motor. I wish it had been sent with that information. But I called the company and they told me to just connect the two terminals to the system, and all will be well. All the mounting holes lined up perfectly. One thing you have to watch is that the external rotor doesn't come into contact with wiring in the area. I used tie wraps to prevent such contact. Pricing was very competitive, also.
