Product Description

Dundas Jafine 4" x 50' Aluminum Dryer Duct part number TD450.

The ProFlex dryer duct is ideal for both gas and electric clothes dryer applications.

This duct is UL2158A listed and marked for safe dryer venting and is constructed of heavy duty, fire resistant, 4 ply aluminum foil laminate that encapsulates a high density, corrosion resistant wire helix.

This forms an air tight and easy to use air duct.

This duct will not support combustion.

Note: Per UL2158A only ducts 8 foot or less can be UL marked

Installation Instructions:

1. SECURING THE DUCT TO THE DRYER

-- Slide one end of the duct over the exhaust outlet of the clothes dryer in its permanent position and secure it with a wormgear clamp (not included)

2. STRETCHING THE FLEXIBLE DUCT

-- Extend the flexible duct to the required length to reach the existing duct work, leading to the outdoors. Cut off any excess duct with a knife or scissors.

3. SECURING THE DUCT TO THE DUCT WORK

-- Secure the duct to the existing duct work with a wormgear clamp (not included).

Great dryer transition duct

I clean dryer vents every day. This ducting meets the required UL2158A requirements for dryers and is much easier to install than other types. Great product!
