Replacement Dryer Door Switch for Whirlpool part number 3406107.

This switch has a plastic actuator.

It has 3 Wire Leads with a Plug as Pictured.

Replacement for numbers 3406109, PS346704 and AP312865.

Designed to fit specific Whirlpool manufactured Dryer Models including Kirkland, Roper and some Kenmore.

    I installed the switch but the switch would not close due the actuator hit the side of the dryer before the switch would close.I had to remove one screw and turn the switch about 10 degrees for the dryer to work. Due to the low cost it’s not worth returning . I will reorder and hope to get better results This is a manufacture problem and not anything about McCombs which has always given great service

    Just don't slam dryer door, will snap the plastic switch. Then drier will not operate.

    My dryer was not stopping when the door opened and all signs indicated that I needed to change out the door switch. I bought one the same part on Amazon and it didn’t work. I got a new part from here and it worked like a charm. Five minutes and the dryer was working perfectly.
