I was expecting a cheap replacement for a cheaply made part. These are sturdier than the part they are replacing .

These knobs are better then the cheap crap that came on my GE profile gas stove! When I needed to replace one knob, GE wants $30!! and it isn't easy to find a knob that fits this GE stove.Now several knobs are cracked and falling apart. I got this entire set of better knobs for about the same price as one from GE. They came fast also. Thank You!!

Well, I've only had them about 2 hours, but what I received and installed appears to be better than the original equipment. You need to know also, these control the burners, not the center gas valve for the lower oven, it is a WB03K10303.

Perfect with a great price
Knobs had a brighter sheen than my GE originals, but doubt anyone other than me would ever notice. Could easily pass for originals. Paid less at McCombs for 5 than my local supplier wanted for two! Mailed quickly.
I bought a set of 5 replacement knobs for my GE profile gas range and they fit perfect. I received them in a few days after purchasing and was expecting a longer wait. Great quality, heavy, shiny, great fit and best part, my wife loves them. Great purchase and our range looks sort of new again.
I have been suffering with the factory installed cheap knobs on my GE Profile gas stove for years. The layer of steel colored plastic peels, chips, melts, and even worse, the stems crack very easily leaving me no choice but to rig a rubber band retainer around them just to turn my stove on. I had replaced them with GE’s sad and overpriced replacement knobs which lasted about a week before a stem cracked again. After all the frustration, I was determined to find a replacement knob set that was stronger and better made this time around. Seems I’ve found it. This set right out of the packaging feels heavy and well made. The stems are a thick, hard resin-like material that seem like they will withstand daily use. The exterior steel (possibly a painted coating over heavy resin vs actual steel. I’m not sure) of the knobs feel heavy and smooth in the hand, unlike the cheap, flimsy GE knobs. Time will tell, but so far I am very pleased with these. They feel like they will last.

I have put off buying replacement knobs for my GE Profile rage for a few years. I'm totally kicking myself for that now. These knobs are the cheap excuse for knobs that came on my stove. They are heavy duty and match perfectly. I just wish they made the knob for the lower over that this range features.

Shame on GE for fitting a hot oven with plastic knobs. Worst yet, their replasements are the same junk at 5X the cost. These knobs are metal and fit perfectly. They should outlast the oven.
