This replacement part was a perfect drop-in fit for the original fan assembly and operates flawlessly. Does not include the retaining screw though ... so hang onto the original or you'll have to go scrounging for one.
The replacement motor and fan assembly shipped quickly and packaged well. Replacement slid into compartment perfectly with alignment to all slots and screw holes. Slight adjustment to clearance for quiet operation. Switch out with this replacement took about 10 minutes.
