Motor Specifications:
Replaces old bath ceiling vent for the NuTone 662. Didn't want to have to put a whole new unit in as that would require waaaay to much reworking of drywal, mounting requirements etc....

I rent an old condo with outdated everything and our bathroom fan has been broken for over 3 years. I finally decided to just fix it myself. I looked all over for a replacement. No one had the right fit. Home Depot wasn’t much help and sold me the wrong one and just told me to make it work. Finally I found this motor and decided to just take the other one off and replace it. And now I finally have a working fan!!!! My second bathroom fan broke as well along the years. So now I know how to fix it I ordered another motor! Who needs men anyway?! Haha

This fan is great! It works as well or better than the old fan and is close to the same level of noise. It removes the moisture and was easy to install.
