Dose and Application Instructions

AC Leak Freeze and AC Leak Freeze will repair leaks measuring one-half millimeter (0.5mm) and smaller. A/C Leak Freeze instructions for use

1. Turn the unit on, the compressor and unit must be operating at full power

2. Unscrew the cartridge cap and connect the adapter to the cartridge

3. Connect the special adapter (do not overtighten) and push out the air contained in the transparent hose while the system continues to run

4. Choose application option:

A. Low pressure (approx. 40PSI and under): simply push AC Leak Freeze in with the
           syringe plunger

B. Med-High pressure (approx. 80PSI and under): place the syringe in a standard caulk gun
           and slowly ratchet AC Leak Freeze into the system

C. High Pressure (above 80PSI): pump down or isolate the high side of the system to reduce
           pressure on the low side of the system and use method A or B

5. Connect the adapter to the low-pressure port of the AC system and inject contents

6. Disconnect the cartridge from the AC system

7. If necessary, charge the system

8. Allow at least 30 minutes for the repair to take place with the system running
