My washer is a 2007 model, after noticing that it wouldn't drain the water, I called Samsung for some guidance and of course their suggestion was to buy a new one since it's an old model. I searched online and you guys had the component needed at a great price, and it solved the problem immediately, saving me having to buy a new washer. My family and I thank you for the reasonable price especially during this time of year!

I am located on the Big Island of Hawaii. There is just one appliance repairman for the entire isLand and no parts houses. An appointment is about a 5 week wait. Just replaced faulty Drain Pump on my Maytag Neptune washing machine. Spent a few hours watching different troubleshooting videos and reading up on the manuals to make sure I had the correct diagnosis, and was crossing my fingers it wasn’t some sensor in the board but .....So far so good. Packed nice & tight..... Seemed to match the stock one perfectly, and was easy install. I’m back in business!

Works as advertised. Nice to get the washer back during sequestration for C-V. Hooking the drain hose up to a wet / dry vac got old real fast.
