My washer is a 2007 model, after noticing that it wouldn't drain the water, I called Samsung for some guidance and of course their suggestion was to buy a new one since it's an old model. I searched online and you guys had the component needed at a great price, and it solved the problem immediately, saving me having to buy a new washer. I am located on the Big Island of Hawaii. There is just one appliance repairman for the entire isLand and no parts houses. An appointment is about a 5 week wait. Just replaced faulty Drain Pump on my Maytag Neptune washing machine.
