Thank you for saving the day… Another business sent me the wrong igniter switch and your team sent the perfect replacement. Thank you for the instructions as well. I took apart my dryer and it really helped to have the igniter switch and the housing that it attaches to. Hopefully nothing will break down in the near future, but if it does, I’ll know where to get my replacement parts. Nice doing business with you!
This fit exactly as described. I ended up using the old bracket so did not need the bracket they provided. Relatively easy to change out, was done in 30 minutes (it was my first time doing it), if you can play with legos, you will be able to do this yourself after watching a few youtube videos. No need to junk your old dryer just because it doesn't heat, you can check easily to see if this is working by pulling off the little cap on the front of the dryer and if it is not working the next most likely thing broken is gonna be the thermal fuse.
Bracket not a thick as original and mounting hole not tapped. Igniter fit perfectly on original bracket and worked as expected.
