I ordered parts to fix the upper rack. They can promptly and were easy to put one with a little help from YouTube.
Parts went in easily using a Youtube video as reference. Only tool needed is a slot head driver to pop the old parts off. Advise cleaning the filters while the racks are out prior to reassembly, also can be found on Youtube.

Shipping was fast, but there were no instructions. If it weren't for other reviews mentioning the small rollers and how to swap. them out with the original rollers, we would have had to return the item. Selling replacement parts which don't fit is not best practice!
I had a little tab break on my old piece, and this was exactly what I needed to replace it. The wheels on the new one were smaller than my old wheels, but they were easy enough to swap. I'm just glad I didn't have to call a technician or get a new dishwasher for a tiny piece of broken plastic.

Very fast shipping. Product mostly as described. The plastic wheels on this set are cheaper than the original wheels and dont match the tracks the same. If you order this part, save your original wheels and swap them out. The new wheels dont fit right.
The units were identical to the original EXCEPT the rollers, which were totally different (well, they were round). The new ones were grooved like pulleys & a smaller, while the originals were like tires. Fortunately I was able to just swap them out.
This store is amazing. Saved at least 100 bucks purchasing parts for my kitchen aid dishwasher and doing it myself.
