Package was damaged with a letter from the USPS enclosed inside the resealed envelope. The letter stated the procedure for filing a claim. The thermostat seems to work after installation but does not set the desired temperature for oven use....neither did the old unit....I'm dissatisfied but at least I can use the oven with a separate oven thermometer.
