    I have only used this product for my home for the past 6 years. I have never had (knock on wood) any problems with it. The only thing I think they could do better is securing the o ring in the box. I have received a couple with the O ring missing. Looked like it fell out the box before being packed and sent. Not a deterrent from using it. Just a little inconvenient.
