McCombs Supply did a super job: low price; easy to order; arrived before I expected. But this part did not fit our Kenmore Elite dishwasher upper rack well at all, even though it was recommended by several other sources. Failure was not an option here with an anxious spouse, two houseguests, and a full dishwasher, so I managed to fix the rack vertical adjust mechanism with a few of the new parts (the wheels and metal chassis), a few of the old parts, and 8 small bronze nuts and bolts. I will order again from McCombs - not their fault that Whirlpool believes that one size fits all.

Well made parts. Issue for my installation is that old parts connected to slider rails with tabs, while these parts use rollers. The roller approach is superior, but it took a lot of rework and hardware to get it to mate with the sliders in the old dishwasher.
The kit arrived on time and in good condition. All of the parts were with it. As other people have mentioned, the instructions were not very good but i was able to puzzle out the removal of the old assembly and the install of the new assembly using the picture with the instructions. I have run a couple of loads through the dishwasher since getting the parts and everything is working fine.
I want to thank the support staff at McComb's. In doing my research, i found three different replacement parts and two different part numbers. I called in and the person that i spoke to quickly explained why i was finding three different replacement parts (the original and two replacements since then) and made sure i got the right part number ordered. I will be sure and give them an opportunity to supply any future paets i or my customers need.
