Ordered one replacement in the past and it was perfect and so easy to install. When two more guides broke on my dishwasher i knew just where to go. Product was committed for a fast delivery but came even a day earlier (I think it was two days from my order, on a weekend!)
The items were fine, but I could not figure out how to connect then to the rack tines. A diagram or video about that would have been helpful. I ended up having to take the rack to an appliance shop who installed the parts for me.
The items are of great quality and they arrived perfectly on time
So glad we ordered through McCombs. Came fast. Well packaged, fit nicely.
Twisting is the trick to get it in.
