Seems to work great. Hopefully it will last longer than the last one we bought.
Two screws to remove, swap the blade connectors to the new element, replace screws and done. Oven is working again.
After doing much comparison, McCombs Supply was less expensive with shipping costs included than all other sources. Delivery was very fast. I have bookmarked McCombs for future reference when I need parts.

Bake element went out, so ordered a new one for my old Whirlpool oven model RF330PXDW...that’s still going strong. This element fit perfect. Shipping was off couple days, but that was due to a snow storm. Shipper answered emails quickly to inform me of the situation. Very happy with the element and the service. Price was very affordable.
