tHE IGNITOR WAS A PERFECT FIT AND WORKED AS PLANNED. I HAD TO CUT ONE OF THE LUGS OFF AND USE A WIRE NUT DUE TO INCORRECT POLARITY OF THE QUICK CONNECT LUG, BUT THAT WAS EXPECTED SINCE THEY INCLUDED THE WIRE NUTS.

This part is an exact match for the igniters on my oven. And this was the second time I ordered form McCombs. I appreciate their prompt response to questions, and order filling.

This is exactly what we needed to get the oven working again. They are well-packaged and McCombs is a great company to buy from. However, this is the second pair we’ve purchased in a year. Time will tell if their short lifespan is to be expected or just a random occurrence. Hopefully it’s the latter and our oven will ignite for years to come with this replacement. The alternative is to buy Viking OEM ignitors at $240 each! At that price, we’ll stick with the McCombs option.

Ordered for a older viking oven not heating evenly and taking forever to heat up. Plugged in with no cutting of wires needed at all. I read that others need to splice them but these plugged right in. Oven works like new now, heats up quickly and evenly. Definitely recommend this part for viking ovens
