Sturdy tool, gets the job done

Wasn't sure what I was getting exactly, but I wasn't disappointed. This is a tough cast iron wrench that pulls its own weight. The adapter plate is also cast iron, but I can't speak for that since the tub nut on my Whirlpool Cabrio washer has the 4 slots instead of a hex shape. Too bad I probably won't get to use it again.

    Washing Machine Spanner Wrench

Posted by Mike Greenamyre on 25th Jun 2022

Exactly what I was looking for and needed in order to repair my 2012 Kenmore washing machine. Washing machine is working like it is new again. Hoping to get five to ten more years out of this washing machine.

    Spanner

I bought 3 tools at local department stores. This spanner wrench was the only tool to remove the locknut on my washing machine basket. Great tool!!!

    It’s okay

The spanned remover is okay. Not the best tool, it’s a bit heavy for my comfort,. The tool is not polish making it hard to use with latex gloves, and I don’t like the fact that it is a two part tool. But it gets the job done.
