The bake unit worked great. Installed easily. The only issue was that the screw holes did not line up exactly with the existing oven, so a minor crimp was needed. Works great!
Element burnt into, replaced element. Still did not function. Found micro switch on thermostat was defective. Thermostat was NLA. Defective micro switch NLA. Got spec sheet on M/switch and cross referenced it to new switch. Order/received/replaced and checked amp draw & oven temp with oven thermometer. 23 year old GE built-in double oven works great again.

The baking element works very well. Saved me from buying an entire new oven which would have been a major pain in the ass! Now I can squeeze a few more years out of this piece of electric garbage at the cheap price of $38. Every other supplier wanted at least twice as much. They are frigging crazy and a rip off. I needed a new bake element for my GE oven. I searched all of the usual internet appliance parts suppliers.
