The replacement fit perfect and works great! I am planning on going ahead and replacing the other two in the house as well. The fan blade did get smooshed down on the assembly during shipping, but we were able to fix it.
Needed to replace a bathroom vent fan. I was a little concerned about finding the right fan assembly for a 30+ year old fan unit and hated the thought of having to install an entirely new fan housing. Quick delivery, perfect fit except the mounting screw hole was off a VERY small amount. Reamed it out with a drill and then it fit fine.

I was unable to find a replacement fan in either Lowes or Home Depot and was getting frustrated because replacement fans were either smaller or larger than the fan that came out. Fortunately I found this fan online that worker as advertised as a replacement!

Replacement fan fit well in 28 year housing. Impeller fan was redesigned at some point with an open fan top and not a solid top as the original. This results in a annoying hum from change to aerodynamics.
