Replaced one that didn't even last a year that cost me $75 at the local appliance supply distributor. In fact, the fittings sealed perfectly the first try. That didn't happen on the more expensive version. The mounting holes lined up perfectly on my Chippewa. Delivery was good. Ordered on a Saturday and had it by Thursday.
Works as advertised, however I wouldn't call it a direct replacement for p/n A01-0814-148. The gap between the screw holes for mounting was wider than the OEM and required about a 1/8th inch widening to be made. Cheapest price I could find...

The valve works like it should (it opens and closes), and appears to be of quality material, however this is not a perfect solution for the Honeywell HE260. As others stated in reviews, the HE260 throttles the water flow via a tiny hole in the inlet fitting. The inlet fittings that come with this kit are unrestricted (wide open), and this lets too much water flow.
The short term fix was to simply adjust the water flow via my shut off valve to the humidifier (if you don’t have a shut off valve, you are out of luck). The long term correct fix was to purchase a Honeywell hardware kit which contains the correct inlet fitting. I found the part at reasonable price at Supply House SKU# 32001752-001

Needed to replace for my Honeywell humidifier. Unit was almost 1/4 the cost of the original part. 15 minute install time start to finish as a non - plumber, works fine so far, time will tell.
